We are saved by faith through God’s grace today. As we worship You in this place, help us look to You Lord in total obedience. Amen.
Lord, give us the eyes of Jesus to see our neighbors and the strangers we meet. Teach us what it means to love the stranger as we love ourselves. Forgive us for our selfishness, for our silence, for not caring enough for the strangers who come to our communities. Teach us to love and care for the stranger the way you do.
We pray for those who wait and wonder when their good news will come. We pray for those who ache over an absence in their life. We pray for those who cannot at this time imagine a season of laughter and light, especially those we name before you now…PAUSE….
God, thank you for the blessings you have bestowed upon us today. Help us share your generosity and love with those we meet. Thank you, for the Universe, for your grace and guidance. For intuition, hope and dreams. Thank you for the ever-present abundance that is reflected in each moment of our lives.
Loving God, ever-living source of all that is good, keep us faithful in serving you. Help us to drink of Christ's truth, and fill our hearts with his love so that we may serve you in faith and love. Keep us in your presence. Let us never be separated from you and help us to do your will. In Jesus’ name we pray, AMEN.
