Tim has created a website to keep all team members connected and updated. You can view team documents, meeting notes, results of the discussion sessions and power point slides from this site.
You can also access your Mount Olive email account and calendar from this site. Type the website into your internet address bar and click on “mail” in the upper left corner of the home page.

Sunday Morning Logistics:
Suggested format for new emerging worship service:
8:00am to 9:00am = First (blended) service
9:15am = Sunday School gathers in the sanctuary/beginning of Emerging Worship service
9:30am = Sunday School children go to Sunday School rooms / Emerging Worship service begins
10:15 = Emerging Worship service ends / Sunday School ends
10:45am to 11:45am = Second blended service
Suggestions regarding Emerging Worship Service:
Make visitors feel welcomed by offering visitor’s children to attend the Sunday School
Attain our service assistants for each service (ushers, communion assistants, etc.) by:
passing a clipboard around at the beginning of the service for congregation to sign up
create a Welcome Team to serve at each service (families could sign up for this)

Responsible for discussions regarding involvement of Praise Team in new service.
Need to have an organizational leader to coordinate services and ensure all preparations are complete (Service Coordinator). Joy Alber will research what this position will entail.
Established Dates To Be Taken To Council For Approval:
Dress rehearsal (with team member’s families): July XX, 2010
Test Runs: August 29, 2010 and September 5, 2010 (Labor Day weekend)
Launch: September 19, 2010 (week after Rally Sunday)
Team will meet monthly on the first Monday of the month
(All Team Nights) at 7:15pm
